The Opportunity
The EverEx team is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Physical Therapy Assistant to join us.
In this role, you will manage a Remote Therapeutic Monitoring patient caseload while collaborating closely with treating therapists, clinicians, and our U.S. business team. You will also provide valuable feedback on patient experiences, clinical workflows, and product functionality to help shape how EverEx supports care beyond the clinic.
This is a remote position. Candidates must hold an active Illinois Physical Therapy Assistant license.
What You’ll Do
- Manage an active patient caseload and provide Remote Therapeutic Monitoring services, primarily for patients located in Illinois
- Communicate with treating therapists regarding patient progress, engagement, and clinical concerns
- Support patients with their prescribed care plans and help encourage participation between clinic visits
- Gather patient, clinician, and product feedback to share with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with EverEx clinicians and business team members to support effective patient care and improve RTM workflows
- Take initiative to identify opportunities to strengthen the overall patient and provider experience
What You’ll Bring
- An active Illinois Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage a remote patient caseload independently
- An interest in digital health, healthcare technology, and innovative care-delivery models
- RTM experience or exposure to remote-care workflows is preferred but not required
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
